Join Chef Sam for an evening of taste-bud exploration.  The evening will start with taste-testing various types of vinegar and oils while rating your favorites, and the winning vinegar and oil will be used to produce a custom dressing that will accompany your evening meal consisting of salad and fresh bread.  At the completion of the class, you will leave with a bottle of your dressing creation.
