Who hasn't wanted to try to throw pottery on the Potters Wheel? Come visit My Studio and receive 1 hour of instruction from Jack about the basics of throwing pottery. One finished pot is included in the price of the class. If you would like to keep additional pieces, they will be charged at the rate of $8 per pound of clay. (Most often between $12 and $16) Class size is limited to 2 at a time, so the lessons are very individualized. 

We will trim and fire your pot, after which you can return about 2 weeks later to glaze it (them). There is no additional charge for the return visit or glazing. Pickup is about 2 weeks after you finish glazing it. 

If you have experience or are more advanced, we can continue to teach to your level. If you have a great time and wish to repeat the class, that is encouraged too! Just sign up for another time, and we will continue teaching you. Please let us know if you have taken classes before so we can provide more advanced instruction. 

If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to work with you to find another time that works for you, however, there will be a $20 re-scheduling fee if you need to change your schedule on the day of your lesson
